With a license in insurance since 1979, Doug is a seasoned specialist dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of coverage options. His decades of experience, combined with his time managing his father-in-law's dairy farm, have given him a practical perspective on addressing both personal and business insurance needs. In his free time, Doug enjoys outdoor activities like working out in the woods, fishing, and tinkering in his workshop.

Nola has a license in insurance but prefers to take on the less visible role within the family business. Married to Doug, she brings her warmth and dedication to every aspect of their work together. Her time at the Marion Advertiser honed her typing skills, which continue to serve her well. She may hold the title of office manager, but she is much more than that. In her leisure time, Nola enjoys gardening, cooking, painting with watercolors, quilting, and exploring new destinations..

Emily obtained her insurance license in 1999 after graduating high school. While she briefly explored the field, she prioritized her career as a certified veterinary technician. After serving as a long-term missionary and teaching at a veterinary school in East Africa, she rejoined the family business in 2019. Emily is married to Pete, an avid outdoorsman who shares her passion for adventure and helping others. She enjoys assisting clients with their insurance needs and finds fulfillment in serving others. In her leisure, Emily enjoys socializing with friends, reading, and traveling to speak at veterinary and ministry conferences.
